Now this needn’t be a daily grand gesture but more along the lines of progressive self-help. Be mindful each day to try and accomplish a small goal. For example, you could take steps to overcome a bad habit, embark on a course of learning, learn a new skill, etc. Perhaps also doing something for others, e.g. a kind gesture, an unselfish act, or being generous with either your time or money. You get the idea? By determining and achieving goals you have set and performing small acts of kindness towards others, perhaps less fortunate than you, you are steadily and continually building your character, who you are, who you will be. This can, not only improve your tomorrows, but the tomorrows of others too.
