DAILY INSPIRATIONAL QUOTE OCTOBER 6 2014

6-insp-oct"Iron rusts from disuse; stagnant water loses its purity and in cold weather
becomes frozen; even so does inaction sap the vigour of the mind."
- Leonardo da Vinci

In this technological age, most people do not become exhausted because they work too hard physically, but because they're mentally and emotionally overtaxed. By the end of the day, most folks are just whipped. While many of our mental and emotional burdens can't be delegated or eliminated, most of us can boost our energy by actually exerting ourselves more physically. Our brains are inseparable from our bodies, and to remain alert and energized, they need oxygen. When we're physically inactive for hours at a time, our brains begin to starve. If you're frequently tired and you're not an over-trained athlete, the answer to boosting your energy may ironically lie in physically exerting yourself more on a regular basis.
