Feeling stressed out is a sign that something is out of balance. When we get overwhelmed, we tend to abandon all the little things we do to take care of ourselves, and at a time when we need them more than ever. If we’ve given up meditation, exercise, eating right, adequate sleep and long soaks in a hot tub in order to get things done, it’s no wonder we’re stressed! When removing ourselves from difficult situations is not an option, we can cultivate well-being by embracing more pleasure, comfort and joy.
