Life, for most of us, is lived in a rush. Deadlines, having to be somewhere at a certain time, having dinner on the table in the evening, picking up the kids, doctor/dentist appointments …… It’s so easy to forget to be grateful, not just to people who have done something for us, but to the world, the universe, nature, what you believe in that gives you strength and hope. Take the time to give thanks for all you have, your family, the health you enjoy, the world you live in, that you have a comfortable home and food on the table. Giving thanks brings so much to us when we remember to express it.
