At some point, I got tired of being unhappy with my weight, and I started thinking about how I would feel in a month, three months, and a year if I quit dilly-dallying around and dove into creating what I wanted in my life. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Think of your job, your home, your health, your relationships, and your deepest desires.
