– Abraham-Hicks
When we’ve traveled a long way down a conscious spiritual path, it can seem easy to see what others are missing. For example, I often observe people failing to live by the Golden Rule because they don’t yet understand that we get back what we give in life, and I wish that I could help them see how what they are doing to others, they are ultimately doing to themselves. Since trying to tell people what they’re doing wrong rarely works out well, I’ve learned to just smile on those folks and wish them well. I’ve also learned to treat those experiences as personal learning opportunities by asking myself how I may be like them, for we all have our blind spots. To accelerate our own spiritual growth and break free of limiting patterns of experience, we have only to look for people who are radiant with joy, health, prosperity and happiness, and then open our hearts and minds to what they may know that we’ve yet to understand.
