We are all constantly sending out signals to the Universe. They all boil down to the same basic messages: I’m happy. I’m sad. I’m scared. I want. I need. Please help. I’m falling apart. I can do it. I can’t do it. Somehow, it’s going to be okay. Somehow, it HAS to be okay. I’m scared. I’m scared. I’m scared. This endless chatter is constantly sparking the wild variety of experiences we call life. If instead of this mindless chatter, we start to sing to the Universe – if we lift ourselves up above that unconscious dialogue we’re always engaging in and choose to sing of love and beauty, the Universe will pick up a new signal and say, ‘Ahh, now that’s a beautiful melody! Who is this? What is this?’ When we sing to the Universe with joy, the Universe perks up and starts to really listen, and then the Universe begins to sing back to us, and life begins to feel more and more like a deeply moving, uplifting song.
