It may seem counter-intuitive, but it really is wise and powerful to just quit worrying and assume that everything will work out fine. Law of Attraction experts tell us that when we’re caught up in worrying or struggling, the best thing we can do is whatever it takes to feel better. Instead of trying hard to force things to go as we think they should, we are wise to focus first and foremost on simply feeling great. When we get caught up in fear and worry, instead of gripping the reins tighter, we might set them down and then go for a walk, take a nap, go to the movies, or hang out with friends. Often when I do this and I forget about whatever has had me worried, when I remember it and return to it, somehow it has magically turned around and everything is fine. Even when it hasn’t changed, I feel more relaxed about it, and am able to bring more positive energy and creativity to the problem than I could when I was stressing out. It can feel reckless and foolish to forget about our problems in order to do something that makes us feel better, but it’s the quickest, surest way to align with a higher level of experience.
