It is amazing to me how the world has changed over the past twenty years or so. When I first started ‘blogging’ in the mid 1990s, the term blogging was a long way from even being invented yet; now there are great spiritual writers everywhere, pouring out fresh articles about their own spiritual journeys that are bright with wisdom, beauty and inspiration. Every day, I discover a new spiritual seeker who is doing fantastic work in his or her little corner of the internet. As old institutions crumble, people are exploring life’s big questions in a more conscious, personal way, and as a result of all of that questioning, they are discovering all sorts of truths and inventing new healing solutions and forging brand new paths for themselves and others. This is an exciting time to be alive, for old spiritual maps are being redrawn, new ones are being created, and fresh metaphysical territory is constantly being discovered. As we break free of dogmatic beliefs and stale answers and boldly explore new and better ways, and we share our journeys with others via the vast and powerful medium of the internet, we are collectively making spiritual progress at an unprecedented rate.
