April 17 through April 23, 2017
Be sure to get to your most pressing responsibilities on Monday and Tuesday while the Moon marches through Capricorn, because after that, it’s one change after another! Not only will the Moon dive into Aquarius on Wednesday, Pluto will turn retrograde and the Sun makes its annual entry into Taurus. Pluto retrogrades last for five months and are somewhat subtle, but combined with the Aquarius Moon, we’re likely to be in store for one kind of surprise or another! The Sun’s entrance into the sign of the bull heralds a four-week period where we can step back and relax a bit, move in more grounded ways and appreciate the world from a more physical level. (It’s no accident that Mother’s Day and graduations usually occur during May, as Taurus can mark a time of completion and transition from one form to another.) As if these changes weren’t enough, we’ll have Mars moving into the sign of Gemini on Thursday. Mars is the planet of action, while Gemini embodies multi-tasking and indecision, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself being pulled in two directions or worse yet, going around in circles for the next few days! Once Mars gets settled in Gemini, we can expect variety, curiosity and intellectual prowess to dictate our movements for the next two months. We’ll leave no stone unturned in our quest to learn and explore new experiences; be prepared to discover great things!
